Sigh... why won't people listen? (useless vent)
So my FB status says it's raining and I hope Lovebug stays put today. As I'm sure you know, CA and AZ are being hit by a series of storms, which are snow storms in the area where our hospital is. Bottomline, if I were to go into labor right now, we wouldn't be able to make it to our hospital. I rather wait, thankyouverymuch...
So two of my friends are suggesting I walk a lot to help get labor started. Um, I don't want labor to start right now! Isn't that clear from my status? The storm will still be strong tomorrow, several feet of snow are expected. No, no I don't want to walk and go into labor!
Plus we have rain! I don't really want to walk in the rain, and I don't want to drive in this weather to go somewhere to walk! Sigh...

They must just be overly excited to see the baby.
If I were you, I'd sit on my couch all day and do the opposite of all the things that are supposed to start labor!
Some people just hear (or read) what they want to regardless of what is actually said (or typed).
I vote, DON'T WALK AT ALL =P. Hope lovebug stays put for a while!
I think people get anxious and forget about the mother and babies wants and needs. Lets hope that lovebug holds off until it is the safest time possible for mom, daddy, and baby.

This! I felt like that too - everytime someone said that I wanted to scream "Oh I'm so not ready, don't say that please!" People do it out of love and excitement, I promise lovely.
