Mid-week Accountability check-in

So how is everyone doing so far this week?

We have so much time, and so little to do! Strike that, reverse it.

Re: Mid-week Accountability check-in

  • Sunday, I did my one hour boot camp (well 50 minutes of it since I was late, but I went!).  I couldn't do cardio Monday because the rec was closed, but I did 45 minutes worth yesterday (I usually have to force myself to do 30) and some abs.  Tonight is no good with puppy class vs. the hours at the rec, but tomorrow is another boot camp.  Food has been going fairly well. No fast food this week, but I have splurged on the desserts. Oh well, considering I was so sick Sunday after boot camp that I didn't eat after breakfast, I needed the calories!

  • I've done good on food this week, went to the gym Monday morning, we got wii fit plus Monday night so I played on that for about a half hour, did about 30 minutes of wii fit last night and was supposed to go to the gym this morning but my period decided to show up a week early and I had a crazy headache so I brough my clothes to work and am going on my way home tonight.
  • :Long, detailed post alert:

I'm doing great this week! After taking a hiatus from diet and exercise for personal reasons, I'm back on the wagon and doing well. Sunday morning a group of about 15 of my friends met at our gym and decided that we were going to do a women's diet club and hold each other accountable. It's nice to do this sort of thing with your friends, and being that we're all CrossFitters, we have similar goals and lifestyles. • I've been doing ok.

Worked out Monday & Tuesday (Wednesday is always going to be a free day because I have night class)

I've been tracking calories on sparkpeople and hitting around my goal of 1500. I grocery shopped and meal planned on Sunday so we have been eating healthier at home instead of going out.

DH just told me he'd cook tonight so I can go to the gym. Yay!

  • Food wise: Bad. Very bad.

Exercise wise: Pretty good. I'm loving my new treadmill! It's so friggin' convenient to get anywhere from 20-60 minutes of exercise in daily now.

JEALOUS!! Can I ask how much you paid for it and if it gives you an incline option?
