Special snowflake: I shave my legs when I think someone might see/touch them. So, sometimes daily and sometimes every few days.
I've gone as long as 3 or so weeks (in the winter) if no one is seeing and/or touching my legs. . .longer than that, and I get a little grossed out at myself.

Always the day the hubby gets back from a business trip and always the day before H's swim lessons. If it's summer pretty much every other to 3rd day.

aren't we lucky? i do, too, so unless i'm standing in bright sunlight, you don't see it. so i forget to shave regularly. mainly because i don't need to, but also because since i can't see it, i forget about it.
ha!
legs... I try for once a week. Thankfully DH doesn't really care too much... Or at least he doesn't fess up to being bothered by it.
lady parts and under arms: every.single.day. that, I cannot handle stubble.
