We had a post going a few weeks ago about recommending your Keurig. I had mine since the middle of November and for the past couple of weeks I've been having problems with it. The machine would shut-off right away after it brewed a cup of coffee (I found out this was to prevent the motor from blowing up...it shuts off to avoid that) and last night I went to brew a cup and the screen said brewing and nothing was happening. Well I called Keurig customer service and I was completely satisfied with their service. The nice guy took my information and had me press down on the water resavoir firmly and brew a cup of hot water and it would still shut off. He told me that he was sending me a free replacement of the one I had! And I don't have to send my old machine back (just the funnel part where the k-cup sits as proof of purchase). So I HIGHLY recommend Keurig and they definately stand behind their products!
