Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My Keurig still isn't working right :(
It still is either brewing like half a cup, or not at all when you press the button (it does SOMETHING, but no water ever makes it into the kcup or into the mug).. and then when you try to brew a cup again after that, the next cup overflows..
I have tried cleaning it, taking it apart, adding water.. I haven't done the descale thing, but it has nothing to do with being not clean if the water isn't even going into the the thing. We always use filtered water..
I'm gonna have to call..It was a gift so I don't have a receipt or anything.. My friend told me that two people he works with have had to send theirs back to get repaired. I was hoping they would send a replacement, but no such luck, apparently.

oh no, I hope it's not a problem w/ a lot of them... I know my mom got me one for my bday, and I can't wait to get it!!
Can you maybe try and exchange it at a store that sells them? How would they know where you bought it? Kohls takes back everything... I know you hate it there though!
