  • B - Just getting my cup of Joe

    L - Not sure. Probably just a smart one from the freezer

    D - All this Changs talk has me hungry for it but possibly nothing.  The meds are making me sick again. oh joy.  So we shall see.

    Activity - WFP

    yesterday - no activity because i worked until 7. just no time. food was good and i stuck to my plan minus a little actually.

  • All I can say is I'm making tacos for dinner and I hope to God nothing happens this time.

    B: Oatmeal

    S: 1/2 of a butterfinger

    L: Left over PFChangs Shrimp Fried Rice (Hope you get an appetite to go tonight Karrey)

    D: Idk. I asked DH last night and he didnt comment. We probably will cook, but my go out.

    Workout: Walk a mile.

     

    Yesterday: I stuck to my food plan but added a 1/2 cup of ice cream for dessert, like I didn't eat enough fattening food to begin with... But DH's fried chicken was incredible!!

    Also, I actually worked out yesterday which I didn't think I'd get to -- 20 minutes of cardio =D.

     

  • B- bowl of fiber one cereal and coffee

    L- bowl of oatmeal w/ blueberries and some carrots

    D- not sure yet

    S- cup of green tea and a pb&j

    activity- C25K weather permitting

    Yesterday was a bust.  We got thai food at work and then went out for burgers and shakes for dinner. . .so good but I am STILL full from them!

    S- a few cashews

    L- apple w/almond butter, spinach salad w/tomato, cucumber, oil/vinegar

    S- baby carrots, wg crackers

    D- no clue

    Ds- plain ff greek yogurt w/cinnamon

    Activity- Jillian Michael's No More Trouble Zones video

    Yesterday- went to the gym as planned, diet was pretty on track but I ate some wg crackers and a yogurt in addition to what I outlined.

  • B: pb&j toast

    L: tuna sandwich, baby carrots, an apple

    D: Yukon Gold potato and goat cheese soup! (it has leeks, onion, fennel, veggie broth and white wine as the other main ingredients - YUM) with homemade garlic croutons, salad

    A: Maaaaaaaaaaaybe the gym, but it's likely that this week will be a total bust. 

    Yesterday I had 4 Trader Joe's mini bite size dark chocolate bars for dessert with my 2nd glass of wine :P. We didn't make it out to the gym because it was super windy and hailing and crazy, so we snuggled up on the couch with our books instead. It was nice! Also, I got my H1N1 vaccine yesterday, and the chick hit my bone with the needle, so my arm was feeling really sore. 

  • Breakfast:  Kashi GoLean Hot Cereal w/skim milk, coffee

    Snack:  Banana

    Lunch:  Met an ex-coworker for lunch.  Had a slice of cheese pizza and a salad.

    Dinner:  TBD

    Activity:  Maybe today I'll finally be motivated to use the treadmill.

    Yesterday:  Stayed on eating plan, but didn't get in any exercise.

    S/L2: apple, wheat crackers and cheese

    (whenever it's errands Friday -every other Friday-my eating is all screwy!)

    D: Applebee's-something from their Weight Watcher selection---and a REAL STINKIN" BEER!!!!!

    Weigh in Friday... down 3 1/2 lbs!!! yah me! (pat on back...)  Let's hope I keep up this wk!  Yesterday was a rest day-but I held back from ice cream cake after the SKIDS' musical...
