We just bought 2 American Standard Duel flush 3 and 6 litre...I love them and we got them at Lowes.
It takes getting used to the comfort height but over all it saves soo much water
Both of the toilets we bought at still sitting in their boxes in the basement. Boo.
So, while I can't attest to how much I love how they work, I can say that the one we bought (Kohler Cimarron) is beautiful and promises to flush well.
We opted not to get a dual flush and instead went with one that's got 1000g of flushing power with only 4.8L of water.

That site has a very comprehensive list of toilets and how they rated in a flush test. Pretty much any toilet you can think of is one there. Basically what you want to look for is something with a high number in the grams flushed with a low number in the volume.
I'm really hoping to get the toilets in soon!
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
