Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

lol this is getting ridic.
You know my Bank of America home loan issue? I emailed a follow up with the loan officer to let her know that the appraiser came by on monday. I also let her know that the appraiser didn't leave us with positive thoughts and that if she could let us know what other options we have if the appraisal numbers aren't what we need to get approved.
She calls me today and says "im looking at your file right here and it looks like they canceled the appraisal so I'm not sure why they still sent someone out there...i'm going to look further into this but its possible you didn't need an appraisal afterall. But I'm not 100% sure so i'll get back to you when i find out."
WOW so now I have no idea what's going on but i'm crossing my fingers shes right bc that would mean we still have a chance to be approved for the loan. But i can't get my hopes up because obviously everyone over there is clueless.
