Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Dear Dell: DIAF

Your technician came yesterday to replace the hard drive you said had crashed. It worked beautifully! Until I got home a little over an hour ago and the same damn thing happened. Do not tell me that it's a hard drive problem. It's a computer problem. Send me a new computer!!!!

Another tech is going to come within the next few days to check if my hard drive is in correctly (WTF?!) or replace it. When I b!tched and told them that I can't keep having my computer crash on me and I really think something is shorting out the hard drive, he said the tech would also replace the motherboard. Um... why don't you just send me a new computer? Wouldn't it be cheaper for you/! 

I'm going to enjoy Corks n Canvas tonight - especially the corks.
