<3 set on certain house
Art and I both have our hearts set on this certain house. We have 3 bids on different houses right now and we are waiting to hear on them. There is one that we both really want. I had to send a lot of paperwork over to the sellers today. I have my fingers crossed that we get this one. It's a REO and they are being SUPER picky about who they sell the house too. I am not sure if we will be lucky enough to be the chosen one. Lots of positive thoughts!
