Nuva Ring Help
I have been on Nuvaring for 4 years. This morning I forgot to grab my new one before work. Can I be 2-3 hrs late putting a new one in? Im supposed to put it in at 9:30 but cant get home till 11:30? I tried calling my Dr but no answer.
