Extremely busy
Friday I went to see a dance show, Saturday I had to work and then went to a wedding reception and my really good friend from high school had a baby and I spent time at the hospital with her yesterday. I need a day to relax.

Awesome weekend, we got all of Gio's furniture ordered should be in within 1-2 weeks. I can't waaaaaiiiittt!!!
Serg got the rest of the glue off the walls from the kitchen wallpaper (we've been procrastinating) so next weekend we can finally paint!!
Ate dinner at my IL's last night.
hmm... friday we cleaned like crazy...
saturday was the brunch and candle party! so much fun!!
then we hung out with friends that night. we watched "new in town".. cute movie!
yesterday was church and then lunch and then an engagement party for zach's cousin and then shopping at target and then church again and then IHOP. i guess they don't think sunday nights are going to be busy. there were 8 of us plus an almost 2 year old, and we specifically asked for our food to be rushed so the almost 2 year old didn't scream, and it took over an hour for our food to be delivered. thank God for iPhones with youtube.. she sat and watched elmo and pooh and barney and beverly hills chihuahua the whole time. whew!

Sunday- I cleaned and getting household course and watch football!
weekend was too short (as always!)
friday night, we were going to do work on the house, but i ended up with a flat tire, so when TJ came to fix it we decided to go out to dinner instead! nice treat!
saturday, we had our birthing class (i felt faint and nauseous during one of the birthing videos, ut oh....) then church then my churchs 50th anniversary celebration dinner. it was where our wedding reception was, so it was really fun to go back. my wedding was way more fun though LOL
sunday, TJ had to work ALL day (at home, though, so that was nice) so i did lots of laundry/housework still recovering from having so much company lately and i went through all our baby stuff from the shower and was able to show tj what he hadn't seen yet. then we went to my parents for the football games.
it was great!!
friday night- DH and I hung out at home
saturday-was my baby shower!! it was awesome!!
sunday- DH & I went to my parents to hang out with my family that flew up for the shower. then we came home and watched football.
The weekend went by too fast...as ususal.
Friday we went out to dinner for BIL's birthday.
Saturday I spent the afternoon with SIL. We went to the Cole Haan sample sale and got ourselves some new purses and shoes and then we met up with the boys for lunch and some margaritas. After lunch SIL and I went and got pedicures. Saturday night DH and I went out for sushi and then to my favorite bar for some live music.
Sunday we cleaned and did laundry and Lexi had a playdate with her buddy Murphy. We went over to friend's place for football and dinner.
I agree the weekend is never long enough.
Fri - After spin class, I'm usually relaxed or too tired to do anything. It was nice to come home and have the house clean, dinner ready, and I was able to relax on the couch while Eric worked on my laptop. It's still not functioning 100%. Caught up on some DVR shows, too. Eric decided to start on our "closet project," too. We added some organizers to the hall closet to make it a better workspace for our vacuum, coats & my cookbooks.
Sat - Eric worked on the closet some more. Laundry, clean house, and re-organizing other closets.I worked on the garden, picked some oranges and lemons from our trees. My tomato cage had fallen down with our heavy downpour, had to re-position it and hopefully my tomatoes will grow and not die! Went out to dinner with friends.
Sun - More cleaning, little shopping, and cleaning. Eric watched football. Poor Favre. House is ready and prepped for Becky! ;-)
It was good.
Friday night DH and I went over to the neighbors to hang out and do a little drinking. Nothing uber exciting.
Saturday - I went to lunch with a friend in the afternoon, came home to relax, then we went to see a friends band play Saturday night.
Sunday - DH and I went shopping for the house
we bought some super cute things for the kitchen and I can't wait to see them in the house! Other than that it was a pretty relaxing day....well until Buddy decided he'd play big baby and have a hurt paw right about the time I was getting ready for bed so we took him to the emergency vet and turns out, he's fine. They shaved the hair on his paw and cut his nails so we're not sure if either one of those things took care of the problem or if he essentially "stubbed his toe" and by the time we got there the pain was gone and he was fine. Either way, he's fine and I'm exhausted lol
Friday I went to this trivia thing and it was sooo fun!
Sat I did some observation hrs for PTA school and I was supposed to go to lazer tag but that got cancelled, thank goodness bc really I just wanted to sit at home and do nothing! That is exactly what i did!!
Yesterday I went to a fundraiser benefit for my moms friend. It was a great weekend but yes, wayyyy too short!
I had a pretty great weekend!
Friday night, my parents stayed the night at our house. We just made dinner and relaxed.
Saturday, DH and my stepdad went hunting. My mom and I did lunch, massages and shopping (girls day out was her Christmas gift). Then we had some friends over just to hang out later at night.
Sunday, we went shopping. I had to buy a new suit and a garment back to take on my work travel in a couple of weeks. Then I just read while DH watched football. Super relaxing Sunday!
Friday- came home from work and painted the trim on the main level while watching/listening the Haiti Telethon
Saturday-my new washer and dryer was delivered, I love them btw! Then went in to work for a few hours, test drove a Volvo XC90 that I fell in love with but Jordan didn't care for it too much. Then went to dinner with FIL and SIL, came home and was in bed by 9:30.
Sunday-grocery shopped, then friends came over to help paint and watch football.
Friday - We went out to my IL's so that Kevin's Grandparents could meet Collin for the first time and then Kevin went and helped a friend with some Trim work he needed done and Kevin's mom let me sleep and she took care of collin is was great to get a solid 6 hours of sleep.
Saturday we didn't really do much during the day but Saturday night we went over to a friends house for dinner it was weird sitting there with two couples we always hang out with and we never had kids and now we all have baby's under 5 months of age it's just weird to think about but it was a good time just talking and laughing about parent issues. Never thought that would be a fun Saturday night but it was!
Sunday we hang around the house and watched football all day.
Saturday, laundry. Then my dad came over to help us figure out how to get the cable connected in the bedroom. And tar a hole or two on the roof... I want it to last a couple more years lol. Then started the hunt for bedroom furniture. That night we went to a party at one of the guys on tj's pool teams place.
sunday, continued the hunt for BR furniture and a mattress... what a frickin decision! Got it ordered and it comes wed. can't WAIT to sleep on a bed and not a futon matress! Went to apple bees, the SIL's new place, foodshopping then relaxed.
Friday: morning playdate with some nesties from the local board. not much that evening.
Saturday: lounged around the house, laundry, then a family trip to the grocery store (good times).
Sunday: went to ILs for football.
Friday we went out for dinner and then watched The Hangover...so funny!
Saturday was our goddaughter's first birthday party, which was super cute! We went to the gym and I walked on the treadmill and Charlie rode the bike.
Sunday I went to the Mall of America and walked around/shopped for 2 hours. (I'm trying to get this labor going!) Then came home, super sore and not at all in labor, and read for the rest of the night while football was on!
