Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

DH got a new job!
He's been looking for a few months (not really actively looking, just seeing if anything came up) and a recruiter found him something in December. His interviews were over a month ago but he just got the offer letter on Friday. He's so excited! The office is only 5 minutes from our apt and he's actually doing something he wants to do (he was bored out of his mind at IBM and they're not really the nicest people). This is actually his first full-time job too since he's been in a co-op with IBM for a few years and he was so worried about being able to get his first "real" job since we went to a small school for undergrad and everyone wants grads from big-name schools up here. This is really so perfect for him. Fingers crossed his mentor doesn't have a fit when he gives his notice today...he's expecting it to not be very pretty.
