B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, unsweetened soy milk
S- plain ff greek yogurt w/pomegranate seeds
L- balela salad, spinach salad w/tomato, cucumber, oil/vinegar
S- apple w/almond butter, rainbow cookies
D- homemade chicken vegetable soup
Activity- none today. ::sigh:: somehow I've injured my foot
I'm taking a day off today in the hopes that tomorrow it'll be better.
Yesterday- eating was kind of a bust...we had a lot of sweet items around the house from going out this weekend so I nibbled on them. I find that I'm so much better with sticking to my eating plan during the week...it's such a challenge to keep up with it with the less-structured weekends.
Breakfast: Kashi GoLean Hot Cereal w/skim milk, coffee
Snack: Banana
Lunch: PB&J on wholewheat, Baked Lays, apple
Snack: Sugar Free Jell-o Pudding, Fiber One Bar
Dinner: Feta Chicken (love me some feta!), salad, green beans
Dessert: Edy's Slow Churned Ice Cream
Activity: Treadmill
Yesterday: DH and I made breakfast at home rather than going out. I ate well the rest of the day.
Definitely. I'm also bad about not drinking enough water on the weekends.

Me too. It's like it doesn't even cross my mind on the weekends. I'm just so used to have structured meal times during the week...that's how I fit in all my veggies, nutrients, and water. We're all over the place on the weekends and I have less motivation to make myself something really healthy.
B-Skinny bun, Eggbeaters, banana, coffee
L-skinny bun (I'm an addict!), Boca burger, corn/peas, some Jello thingy, crystal lite lemonade...
S-small apple and presently munching on celery (and a few dark choc pieces...
A-strength training-maybe do some cardio btwn sets-speed walk 10 min/set
Doing okay... I'm very pleased I've gotten this far...

D - I'm all by myself tonight so probably spilt pea soup J made this weekend. It's amazing. Or we have a ham we need to eat.
Activity - Gym.
alright girls....I need to geton board with this. I weighed myself for the first time in MONTHS and I am at 145
I look and feel my best when I am around 135-140...
I KNOW its because I eat ice cream every freakn night
We went grocery shopping last night and I didnt buy any new ice cream. So whats left in the freezer is IT! I have to get myself under control!
So...
Bfast: Greek honey yogurt
Snack: Baby carrots and some onion dip (fat free sour cream counts as dairy right?!?!LOL)
Lunch: Turkey and swiss on whole grain bread with honey mustard. Some fritos
Dinner: I am making panko baked chicken and a salad
Activity: Walked the dog this morning and will walk him tonight. I also am working on painting and staining that china cabinet...so there is 'some' activity there.

Sweetie. . . get some healthy food in your body, please! You need to take care of your body so you can take care of your mind and heart.
B: Raisin bran with skim milk, green tea
S: 100 calorie pack of cookies and 1/2 a tangelo
L: cup of potato/onion/leek/goat cheese soup, a small piece of ham (4 bites)
And I will likely down 2 more of my amazing (if I do say so myself) chocolate chip oatmeal walnut cookies. I try to make myself feel better by telling myself that oatmeal, walnuts, and whole wheat flour are SO good for me. And I try to ignore the vegetable shortening and sugar that also abounds.
A: 30 minutes of cardio (rowing and stairmaster), 45 minutes of weight lifting
This weekend was a bust. . . football party food, beer, margaritas, N's enchiladas, brunch out on Saturday, etc. No activity. Blah. But it was tasty!
I need to step it up and fast! My cousin tagged me in a photo on and I almost vomited. I frantically untagged myself asap. *sigh* I'm with Agent - I feel best around 135 and right now I've got 20lbs on that

L: half an italian hoagie from Lee's Hoagie House
S: I'll eat some baby carrots later
A: I barely sat down all day! As soon as I woke up I was cleaning and running around the house. I'm still going to get a Shred in later though.

Workout: Nothing. It's been a hectic day.
Weekend: Meh, I had no plan. I ate ok but didn't work out.
