Doctor's offices drive me nuts sometimes....
I called this morning to get D's test results and make sure that he could swing by and pick them up some time today since he works nearby. They told me that would be no problem. Once he gets over there they give him ten kinds of hell to release the information. I understand the reason for having these laws and rules in place but for pete's sake it is his sperm count. Why should I have to authorize them to release it????? Grrrrrr. After a dozen phone calls and three faxes later, they finally gave it to him.

Of all the things I think people should have access to without having to jump through hoops, medical records are #1! Don't they think we'd like to see exactly what's in our medical records since it affects us more than anything?
My old school was a partial hospital program and HIPPA made our life Hell. I can empathize with you Ladies!
