Good morning to those that are here! How are you doing, Melanie?
I'm just doing... I woke up with a headache and really just want a day off to do nothing. LOL But at the same time, know that I won't get that until maybe March - it's kind of starting to weigh on me that we're moving (in the sense that we've been working A LOT the past 3 weekends, with no end in sight. Yes, I knew we'd be working a ton to get things ready both at our old and new places, but it's starting to wear me out and down and this cold isn't helping!)

I felt like as soon as my head hit the pillow last night I was awake again for work. Ugh - I hate that feeling.

I'm pretty good. It's busy season but it doesn't feel like it, granted it's still early. I started working our taxes yesterday (DH's W-2 isn't ready yet but I based it off his last pay check). We are def. not getting back as much as last year (that's what happens when you change your w/h to Married, lol!) I'm thinking one of us may need to change it back to single 1, just because i do not want to owe next year. The 800 credit on the return is what's generating our refund right now.
Good morning. We had a hail storm last night and my driveway was literally a solid sheet of ice. I had this bright idea that I would jump out of my car and go get yesterday's mail at the end of the driveway...um, yeah, let's just say I didn't fall on my butt but had I not grabbed my steering wheel I would have. It was very graceful.
MH and I had to have physicals last night for life insurance purposes. I have a HUGE bruise where she drew my blood. I could never be a crack whore.

I had our life insurance blood draw a few days after my three hour glucose test (meaning I had three separate blood draws then). By the end of that week, my arms were one giant bruise. Luckily, I was able to convince the nurse to use a baby needle on my arm (they don't leave as big of a bruise as the adult size needle). Yes, it takes a few seconds longer to get the blood out but no big deal compared to huge ugly bruises.
HI girls, I am ok this morning. I am dreading this week/weekend. I have a million things to do to get ready for our move on Saturday. I hate being at work when I have so much I need to be doing at home. Plus now they are possibly predicting snow for Saturday. I hope they are wrong because that would be a nightmare. I also still don't know what I am going to do with my washer and dryer. If my landlord doesn't let me leave them (doesn't look good) I may list them for free on craigslist even though they are in good condition.
Plus my evil office manager is back this week. When I told her I was having a boy she was like oh I know you wanted a girl. I was like ummm what? No I didn't I had no preference and I am so excited to have a boy. I have no idea where she got that idea. Thankfully she is leaving again in two weeks (two loooong weeks).
On the bright side it was in the 50's yesterday and all the snow and ice is gone for now which means i don't have to risk my life leaving my house and walking in to work!
Wow, so Mandy wouldn't be a crack whore just b/c of the bruising. Good reason. ;-)
I'm fried. I've been working 11 hr days for the past couple of weeks and was here almost 12 hrs yesterday. I have so much to get done, it's ridiculous. Hopefully it'll slow down in about a month.
