  • B: some sort of cereal. . . got to go get it now! And green tea.

    L: I think I'm having a Lean Cuisine, because I forgot to grab anything else, and those are the back-up plan.

    Happy Hour: I've got a going-away part to attend, so I'll probably have a glass of wine.

    D: Kalamata olive and orange chicken scallopine, steamed artichoke (with butter, I'm sure. It's unavoidable), and a piece of french bread with mandarin orange flavored olive oil. And probably 2 more cookies, because really, who am I kidding?

    A: nothing - have to do laundry tonight, or else!

    Yesterday I ate as planned, but did not go to the gym. I had a tummy ache and cramps and was being too whiney, so I got a back rub instead :P.

    B: skinny bun, egg beaters, coffee, apple

    L: micro meal or skinny bun w boca burger... banana,  corn/peas mix, Jello (some of this is 'snack') Crystal Light...

    D: quinoa, lemon pepper fish, spinach-tomato-pepper mix... WINE!

    Activity: Did strength training yesterday and 20 min of cardio.  Today... week 4 day 1 of C25K...  (and my friends want me to do a 10 mi run... ugh)

  • B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, V8 low-sodium

    S- plain ff greek yogurt, pomegranate seeds

    L- balela salad, spinach sald w/tomato, cucumber, oil/vinegar

    S- baby carrots, not sure what else

    D- homemade chicken vegetable soup

    Ds- Larabar

    Activity- none today, working overtime

    Yesterday- stuck with my plan

    This Happy Hour is one of my "eh" things for the week. It's a work-related event, and it's 20 minutes (at least) in the wrong direction from my house, which will make my commute home after the event anywhere from 60-90 minutes. Bleh. I would be a lot more excited if it was with girlfriends and close to my place!

  • Breakfast:  Kashi GoLean Hot Cereal w/skim milk, coffee

    Snack:  Banana

    Lunch:  PB&J on whole wheat, apple, Baked Lays

    Snacks:  Sugar Free Jell-o Pudding, Dannon Light & Fit yogurt

    Dinner:  Leftover baked pasta from the other night, salad

    Activity:  I have a late meeting tonight, so probably nothing.

    Yesterday:  Ate well.  No treadmill.  I suck with the exercising part of my diet.

    S: 1/2 of a butterfinger

    L: 1/2 of a turkey sammich with guac, bbq fritos, and 2 cookies

    D: Idk, a friend is moving so we're going out

    Workout: Probably nothing. Have to get ready for our trip.

    Yesterday: On track.

  • Yeah I stayed on track, I didnt eat any ice cream last night...I had a frozen fruit cup instead and 2 oreos...

    B: 1 Blueberry pop tart

    S: baby carrots w/onion dip

    L: 'nother turkey & swiss samich, some baked bbq chips

    D: We are grilling hamburgers and I am going to make french fries!

    No working out for me yet....I think I need to get my eating under control and then add real work out activity. I did wash the dog last night which is a bit of a work out. He wont sit still and jumps out nad you got to chase a soapy pup! lol
