Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AW: I went to yoga tonight!
I went back to vinyasa (hot room) yoga tonight, and I am exhausted. I'm out of shape and my flexibility is pathetic, but it felt good to go back, and I'm hoping to make a habit of it.

That's the kind I do and I love it! It's exhausting, but I feel so cleansed after.
Crys- at the studio I go to they have two classes- low heat & regular. I go to the low heat which is about 85-90 degrees. The regular I think is 95 and I don't think I could make it through a class at that temp!
