B - a cup of coffee
L - a smoothie
D - I have no clue but it is my job to cook tonight so I best be thinkin of sumpin.
S - I had a few sour gummi savers
A - Im running around like a chicken with my head cut off and have been lifting a sh!t ton of paper. that counts right?
Yesterday - i didnt have a plan yesterday so i would say that i stuck to it really well
B- grits and 1pc of toast
L- SmartOne & a Sprite
S- Snickers
D- Lasagna & Garlic Toast
Breakfast: whole grain waffles w/smart balance, cinnamon, sugar; coffee
Snack: Special K Bar
Lunch: peanut butter toast, Baked Lays, apple
Snack: low fat cottage cheese, clementines
Dinner: Leftovers or soup. I was going to make tacos but forgot to thaw the ground turkey. Whoops!
Activity: Treadmill
Yesterday: Did very well with eating. I'm down 1.4 lbs since Dine & Dash started!
I think it's most definitely keeping me on track. I've been really good at sticking with 1200-1300 calories a day, and posting what I'm eating helps. For example - I'm at home eating lunch today after a morning meeting and I didn't go through a drive thru on the way home because I didn't want to have to post it!
I didnt eat ANY ice cream or cookies last night! I told DH he is in charge and has to be the ice cream nazi now.
Today is wednesday, and I always stop at Starbucks
B: I got a ginger bread latte(medium) with 1% milk, and a fat free blueberry muffin
S: baby carrots and roasted red bell peper hummus
L: a turkey, broc, and cheese lean pocket and a cup of high fiber ministrone soup
S: 1/2 cup of pineapple
Still no activity yet...but not eating ice cream is a big step for me! I am an addict!
B: An apple. I really need to get back to eating more for breakfast. Well, eating more in general. Between my job and my body, I haven't had much of apppetite lately.
L: Greek yogurt and a granola bar
S: Apparently my boss brought cookies so I'm guessing one of those!
A: Gym again!
I didn't participate yesterday but I ate pretty much the same as today, except I had a white bean burger for dinner (with avacado, grilled onions, and a squeeze on lime on a whole wheat bun - mmmm). And a donut for dessert (I passed a Tim Horton's after the gym . . .there's like only one in NYC, I had to try it!)
BREAKFAST: Whole grain oats cooked with almonds, brown sugar and blueberries. And an orange
LUNCH: Cold quinoa/avocado salad in a pita with leftover french onion soup I made from scratch yesterday!
SNACK: Water crackers while I was preparing my lunch. Maybe I'll go get a little pastry from the coffee shop later or something.
DINNER: Roasted Vegetable Linguine with Torn Fresh Basil from Vegetarian Magazine.
ACTIVITY: Yoga @ 5:30.
I've never participated in D&D before so we'll see how I do tomorrow!

S-maybe some Greek yogurt-Not sure there's time B4 my 'measure' in a few...
D-leftover Mex meatloaf (if there is any)... vino, yeah... IDK.
Activity: (yesterday I felt like I was dying on week 4 of C25K, but I did it!) Today... pilates-Thanks Mari Windsor for telling me to 'make both cheeks even'-cause they weren't?!
B: 2 pieces of raisin toast
L: half of a caprese sandwich and half of a ham sandwhich, chips, a piece of chocolate cake (there was a birthday lunch)
A: 30 minutes of cardio and 45 of weight training. I swear I am going tonight. Or else.
I stuck with my somewhat unhealthy plan yesterday plus a Snickers bar and a handful of fat-free microwave popcorn. I think I'm the only one who is GAINING weight while reporting out. . .
