Had a good night last night. I made homemade bruschetta for a pasta
dish for dinner and everyone loved it! Yay! Sarah seemed to be
feeling a hair better but has had so much trouble sleeping because of
her awful cough. We gave her a bath early and then put the Vicks on
her feet with socks, gave her some Dimetapp and she slept cough-free
for 4 hours! Hooray! She woke up coughing and it was time for
another dose of Dimetap so we gave her some and re-Vicksed her feet.
C rocked her for a while but she then slept until almost 7am today! She seems so much better this morning! Finally! I need her healthy for our trip this weekend.
C is working late tonight so Sarah and I are doing a Target run then a stop at Chick-Fil-A for dinner. Then I'll start packing for our trip. Fairly low-key evening!

Last night I was craving Arby's for some reason. We never go there and dh was nice and agreed to go!
We then went to the mall to walk around since it was raining outside. I am trying to get in the habit of walking but I have just been so tired. We then went home and watched AI. Tonight - no plans, hopefully read a little bit.

Yesterday met a former CW for lunch and it was nice to catch up. The rain fortunately didnt make my commute too bad but it felt like a grilled cheese and tomato soup kind of night so that's what we did for dinner. My husband's trying to learn Persian so we spent some time practicing and I'm so proud of all the progress hes made for having only been going at it for a week. After that I watched the last episode of Big Love and went to bed early for the first time in awhile!
Today I met up with my bride client to hand off the placecards and table numbers for her wedding this Sat. So excited for her and so glad to have my plate a bit more freed up now that I'm done with all her stuff! If nothing comes up at work, I'm going to try to hit up the mall on my way home since I'm running low on makeup and I have a gift card from christmas burning a hole in my wallet

in till 8 felt so good. last night the kids and I went to target,winco
and henrys. got some party stuff and stuck to my lists
Today I still have my cough and cold just hoping no one else in the
family gets it, at least until after the party. My sister is suppose
to be omin down to watch the kids while I do stuff around the house.
