We bought the house!
So, DH and I decided to buy the private sale house, and we are so excited!
We signed all the paperwork and got all the conditions sorted out this week, so the deal will be firm tomorrow when we sign the waivers.
We also broke the news to our agent and she took it pretty well. I felt awful about it, but we found a house that suits us perfectly and that is what matters the most.
I also got to put a ticker in my siggy finally!

Congratulations! I wouldn?t be worried about the agent. I certainly wouldn?t be upset if a buyer bought privately.
