Cupcake Girls
Has anyone else used the Wilton giant cupcake pan? This past weekend was my first attempt for my niece's birthday. I used a modified recipe I found online and it turned out really well. I had a really busy weekend and my sister and I had to hurry and decorate it at the beginning of the party. I saw some pictures online and I want to try some different decorating techniques I read about.

Looks great. My BFF has used it and she said she had an issue with it, but she was rushing to make it so who knows. And one of the girls aat work used it for her sons 1st birthday and loved it.
I so want one...It's on my cupcake dream list. First on the list is the dream kitchen..

That looks great! I have that pan and I absolutely love it. I've had several clients order that cakes along with individual cupcakes. Mostly for "Circus" themes. I used the Giant Cupcake pan and made the big "Circus Tent" and then made individual cupcakes half with Clowns on them (using the Wilton Clown Heads) and the other half of them as PopCorn. It was so much fun!
You can do so much with that pan! I hope you enjoy it!!!

Hehehe, of course I had to chip in on the cupcake conversation! ; )
I found that I have to be careful with certain recipes as the smaller top part of the cupcake cooks quicker than the bottom heavier part of the cupcake.
But so much fun to use though!
