My new obsession is kalamata tapenade....which I am enjoying right now!

  • I planned on having oven roasted potatoes and pork chops but the pork chops took to long to cook and I got impatient. So I had the potatoes and scrambled eggs.

  • I finished cooking them and put them in the fridge DH can have them when he gets home from work or for lunch tomorrow :)  Now I want dessert!!!

  • DH won a 25$ Gift certificate to a Chinese/Japanese restaurant that we have never tried, so we went there tonight. It was very good....and a great way to explore restaurants in our new town 
  • We just made stir fry with brown rice. Sooooo good. One of my faves and super healthy!
  • That's what I should have had if I had any restraint :-) Now I feel bloated from the lo mein and scallion pancakes
  • OMG, I love both lo mein and scallion pancakes! I'm hungry again!!!
  • I was lazy tonight and we got Indian take out.
    I'd rather be rock climbing or playing volleyball

  • I made cheesy chicken noodles romanoff for dinner with some broccoli tossed in as well.  It was pretty good, but not the best I've ever made.  I'm planning meals for next week- ideas?

  • I was super lazy and made eggs and blueberry muffins.. then I was still hungry so I had some cereal too..
  • We've been eating chicken soup with dumplings all week. I made it last Wednesday and we've had it for 3 nights since then. I love having it on hand when I get home late or don't have much time to cook dinner. I make fresh dumplings each time, so it doesn't truly feel like leftovers over and over.
