Saturday night we are having people over for dinner. There will be 6 adults and a few kids {around 4 yrs old}. I am not sure what to make but I know I want to try and keep it easy because my hubby works Saturday and I will have the 2 kids plus trying to clean and cook.
I was thinking of making a nice salad, fresh bread, ziti and maybe some breaded chicken {in case kids don't get the ziti}. Suggestions? Recipes?
Thanks!
Re: Need Menu Help
hi- i think ziti and a chicken parm is perfect! the ziti you can make the night before and just throw in the oven!
we are having people over on sat and i am making this recipe- my husband loved it last time i made it and it was really easy. also an easy clean up since it only uses one dish! you can make some extra pasta and just add red sauce for the kids.

I have this great recipe for a no bake cheesecake - It fast easy, and my fiance's fav.
No Bake Cheesecake
BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Whisk in COOL WHIP.
SPOON into crust.
REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until set. Arrange berries on cheesecake
That sounds good. Maybe do chicken tenders and plain pasta for the little ones.
Dessert - I just found this great recipe for choclate chip cookie brownies! yummy!
