Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My aunt visited this week
I just had the best week ever.. my aunt came for a week when I first had the baby but she just came and stayed this week too. I am so overwhelmed because all DH does is go to work and school and do school work and side projects. The house was in complete shambles and I have been a wreck!
Anyway she is so generous and I love her to death... she worked so hard while she was here, even though I kept telling her to take a break. Everything - like cook, clean, to mopping to even taking down the Christmas lights outside.
I feel very renewed, the house is in order, there is food in the freezer, I am in a better place physically and emotionally (rested, not stressed out), and I had fun seeing her. It is so tough not having any parents in the picture and I am so lucky to have her (this should prob be under Thankful Thurs!).
BTW I missed our GTG b/c I was spending time with my aunt (she drove 3.5 hours to get here) but I hope to make the next one if I can find a sitter.
