a sucky day for me too...
So this week is very odd for some of us Novembies!! Some great times and some terrible times!!!
My mom called me as I was on my way to work and told me that a very close family friend (who has known me since I was Sadie's size) had heart surgery last week and was recovering well, but went to a rehab for extra recovery. She was trying to have a bowel movement in a bed pan and something happened, she was coughing the nurse came in to check on her and asked if she was OK, she said yes, so the nurse gave her privacy and stepped out. Well when the nurse came back she was blue!! She then was revived, but had minimal brain activity. She was brought back to the hospital and in ICU and we just found out she passed away!
Very sad! She was like a grandma to me. I knew her phone number before I knew my own! I would call her when I got home from school and go over to her house! She was an amazing woman and I couldn't wait to see her at my shower in 3 weeks! It just won't be the same! 
Hope this week and the rest of the year gets better for us Novembies who aren't having the best start to 2010!!
