Within the past 2 weeks, there have been a handful of times I've had to just completely close out of my screen when on the Nest to save myself from posting something REALLY snarky/biting at people. At least once it was in a Confessions post and I had to remind myself "This is a confession... just leave it." LOL
Re: Flamefree Confessions
I'm scared to death of how MH is going to act on Sunday and Monday (anniversary of the accident). I don't know if I should talk about his dad and brother to him or if I should just act like nothing is going on. Monday is truly the 1 year anniversary and he does plan on working, which is good but at the same time I'm not sure if he should work.
I guess a positive is he decided he does want to watch the superbowl this year and has invited some good friends up to watch with us.
I'm listening to Salt-N-Pepa at work. I swear if people looked at the various artists on my iPod they would give me the side-eye.
Oh Mel reminded me, this morning I woke up signing the song from Winnie the Pooh.
Pooh bear winnie the pooh bear! Rumbley tumbley, climbing a honey treee!
I used to watch the movie all the time. My favorite was:
"I'm just a little black rain cloud, hovering over some honey bees. I'm just a little black rain cloud, pay no attention to me"
I still listen to Salt N Peppa, Melanie... it's on my MP3 player too! LOL
I have purposely sought out music by Abba this past week, including Chiquitita several times.
I had a dream last night that my BFF and I suddenly realized we were lesbians. LOL WhereTF that came from, I'm not sure.
I just downloaded it yesterday. DH got a $15 iTunes gift card and reliquished it to me. So I downloaded the following:
Train "hey soul sister"
Salt-N-Pepa "what a man" and "shoop"
EnVogue "Free your mind" and "My lovin' (you're never gonna get it)"
Justin Timberlake's Hait tribute song "Hallelujah"
The sad thing, I used to own the Salt-n-Pepa CD, I got rid of it in high school
I love EnVogue! Those songs are going to be in my head for the rest of the day
::Shakes booty::
I have all three (just missing "Shoop".) If yours was a confession, then mine is as well.
I don't think they are bad artists at all. I think it was a work related confession because most of my CW would scratch their head and say , really you listen to that. I once made a reference to a Ludicris song and got the "what are you talking about look" I don't think people thought I listened to rap and such.
Oh, another confession which is an inside joke among some people here at work. I once convinced one of my annoying ex-CW's that I was in an all female gang in high school.
