Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

There hasn't really been a mention of it in a while...
A couple (or few, can't remember!) months ago, we were all talking about losing weight at the same time. We decided to check in with one another periodically to see how everyone was doing, but then it kind of fizzled out. I'd be happy to start check-ins again though!
Yeah, yeah, blame it on me. I totally suck. I was all excited and we seemed to have a lot of people on board! I am just having the hardest time getting back in to the swing of things! I did go for a run on tues and couldn't barely walk for 2 days....
That said, I really, really, really, really need the motivation!!!
Bring the _bitches back!!!
