)Sorry for my disappearing act. Things have been getting really busy and I nearly forgot all of my online haunts.
We are doing well, and are deep into house-hunting - very exciting!! Work has been keeping me busy but is generally good.

How's the house hunting going? I hear that inventory is kind of low right now since it's winter time, but maybe that depends on the towns you're looking in.

don't worry, work's been so busy for me lately, this is the first time I've actually come here in a bit myself. It's hard keeping tabs!

The market does seem a bit quiet, but we are hoping to find something in time to take advantage of that tax credit. Of course, finding the right house takes priority over that, so if we need to wait we will.
We actually found one that we really like, but it's a bit overpriced right now. Fortunately, it sounds like the price may be coming down - keep your fingers crossed for us!
