Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I need a job.
Luckily, I already have one, but I need a new one 4 hours north. I've sent out quite a few resumes, but no responses what-so-ever. It must be so awful for people who've been laid off because of the economy. It's really frustrating because there's been a few jobs that I felt I was super qualified for.
I've receive a lot of good advice on how to revise my resume, but still no dice. I think I need to reformat. Blaaaaah!
I'm thinking that is I don't get the serious raise I deserve in February, I'm going to quit and move home to job hunt. If I'm not advacing somehow, there's no point in staying in my current position. I'm undervalud and and underpaid. Plus, I feel like my current location is really holding me back. J will stay in NYC until I find something with health insurance and then he'll move home too.
