Gourmet Mint Brownies are in the Oven!!!
A former Nestie (Amy Hodges) made these brownies for Fran's baby shower and they were the best brownies I think I've ever had in my life. They have a layer of mint filling on top of the brownie part and then decadent chocolate frosting on top of all that. There is even cream cheese in the mint filling. OMG...sooo good! If I get a chance, I'll post the recipe and a pic in my food blog later. I can not wait to sink my teeth into these! Chocolate excites me greatly ;-)

OMG...that sounds good. Brownies are my weakness. I can't wait for you to post this recipe.
I keep thinking that I might be able to get my pre-baby body back if I could just stop eating brownies. Those little brownie bites from Publix are killing me though. I usually eat 2-3 a day.

Speaking of chocolate mint - anyone tried the Dove Promises - dark choc w/mint caramel - OMG....
OMG...I love those too. Can you tell I'm crazy about chocolate?
