I will update later tonight with the outcome, but in 2 hours, I leave for trial... and am sick to my stomach that this viciously spiteful grandmother is doing this to us.....

Wish us luck. All we want to do is protect our children from her hatred, deception, and spitefulness. While I'm glad they don't hear us bashing her like they hear her bashing us... it is frustrating that they think she's all peaches & cream -- when in fact, she's worse than vinegar and acid.
Ugh.
