Central Austin Nesties - Question for you
I kind of hate posting this following the other post, but I am looking for a realtor that has experience buying and selling in Central Austin. Anyone got any recs?
TIA
Re: Central Austin Nesties - Question for you
My realtor, Nancy Hardie, was pretty awesome. When I bought my house she was selling one in Allendale. She ended up helping us get one in Circle C, but she has a ton of experience in central austin. She's with Diane Dopson realty at Mopac and Lake Austin Blvd. She sells higher end (million dollar) homes as well as entry level properties.

Hey Chicklit - my realtor was awesome - she knew central / north central inside and out. it took me 9 mths and 5 offers to find a house that was in the budget and met my criteria. We highly recommend her (and so do our friends who have also bought in central austin). Her husband also helps her - so this is awesome for getting in to see houses as soon as they show up on the market.
Her name is Debby Lewis - lewis at lewishometeam dot com. She's got a website too - www.lewishometeam.com.
I very highly recommend Dee Shultz. She covers Austin pretty well, but her marketing is beyond excellent. For years was a top performer in Austin RE sales. She also has her own team that does the everything and at a very professional level
The house we sold in the country was "unique". It was a split level, oddly configured, on 10 acres and had been on the market 7+ months. It was the beginning of the huge market crash and when the Statesman was running features on "Dripping Springs Wells Run Dry." After Dee got it on the market, it sold in less than 30 days without us making a major price drop, other than what was satndard for the market adjustment.
If you have the opportunity, I would contact her.
