Where did you go on your last date? I'm not sure what to count as my last date, so I'll go with lunch followed by DVD watching. (Superbad, in case you're wondering.)
What did you do? Ate lunch at the Cheesecake Factory & ordered cheesecake to go. Changed into pajamas and watched a DVD, ate cheesecake.
Did it involve a meal? If so, what did you eat? Yes. We split a big salad and a couple of appetizers.
How often do you and your fella go on dates? I've got a pretty regular Saturday night thing going right now, and we usually see each other at least once during the week, too.
What will you do for your next date? Dinner with his sister and niece. If that doesn't count as a date, then the next date is a comedy show, probably with dinner first.

Where did you go on your last date? Hmm well on our anniversary (last Monday) we pretty much made the whole day a date. We went out to eat for breakfast and dinner.

What did you do? We slept in, played games in bed, went for a drive, out to eat breakfast, watched movies all afternoon, went out for sushi for dinner.

What will you do for your next date? I'm thinking maybe Chuy's. Do they do breakfast? We have a gift card to Chuy's so we might want to use that.
