Mirasol's twin (Mesa Alta) update
So my realtor toured Mesa Alta today and said we'd like it. We'll see it this weekend.
It is a bank-approved short sale and is already vacant. We'd be the best bid at 250. As a short sale, it is AS-IS. We can get an inspection and back out if we find anything major, but they will not pay for a termite inspection/report or a home warranty.

We'll see how it goes!
Re: Mirasol's twin (Mesa Alta) update
Ditto!
I would fall over if we found that house for that price! I really hope it works out!
I hate short sales BTW. That house we just lost was one, and all of the sudden 5 other bidders came ou of the wood work. OUr REA They seem to go to the bidder who waves inspection and has no contigincies, not the highest offer.
Be careful and be patient!!! Lots and Lots of house dust/vibes to you!
