HR is saying: but why aren't you interviewing this underqualified internal candidate who expressed interest in something they're not ready for?
I want to go knock some sense in to their little heads. There must have been a major lawsuit in the recent past.
Luckily, Kindercare is holding Scarlett's spot.
Re: J's job update
This must be what's going on. His former/future boss is going to raise hell on Monday because he's supposed to have J ready so he can leave him behind while he goes to Texas.
This is insane.
What a fricking frustrating situation! Hopefully they will just do a quick and annoyingly useless interview with the other "candidate" and call J in asap.

I agree with you, there must have been some sort of lawsuit recently and they are just covering their bases. I hope they get their senses knocked into them soon and give J the job!

What d-bags!!! Sorry, that seems to be my automatic response today to other people's crappy behavior/actions...ditto pp about the lawsuit issue. Hopefully they will just get the 'policy' interview over with and bring J in right away.
