I Declare...
I declare that tonight is use-up your open alcohol night.
We have like 4 half opened bottles of alcohol / wine / mixed drinks in our fridge and really need to use them up before we buy more. So..... who is drinking with me tonight.

Hmmmm.... I'm not sure alchohol really does go bad? If it does I'd say you at least have a few weeks.
Ha, I must have esp or something. We we're with ya'll last night and I didn't even log on. Friday was def the worst day of the week.
That and we have a full bar of open bottles. So along with crab for dinner we had mango rum w/ iced tea and gin and tonic or clubs.
Put me on the die list too. We have an entire cabinet filled with opened stuff. We rarely drink but do have an annual summer party so having stuff is a must.
As far as the wine... hard alcohol doesn't go bad per say but beer and wine def do. As to how long that happens, I think it depends on the wine.
