help pls: guys weekend ideas
For DH's big upcoming birthday, all his guy friends are flying in. It won't be till summer but they are the kind that need a loose itinerary or else they will sit around drinking and watching sports on DVR the entire time.
First, I need a good restaurant for them downtown. They all enjoy a good dinner (not too high class or dressy but good drinks, good food, music). Is there a great restaurant you recommend?
They plan to float the river on day. And, they'll probably do 4th street one night I'd guess. What are some other good 'guy' ideas? Is there anything your husbands like to do around town?

Max's Wine Dive is great for dinner! Upscale comfort foods and they have a kickass Kobe burger (I think Texas Monthly or something called it the Best Burger actually). But it's casual enough that they can go in jeans and a nice shirt (I guess that describes most downtown restaurants actually).
