best birthday yet!
I turned 28 yesterday! It was a great birthday. Dh came down from mn to visit for the weekend (I'm still in chi with my mom). I got to take a night off "mom duty" and dh and I stayed at the sofitel hotel near water tower place on michigan ave downtown. We window shopped, had dinner at a brazilian sgteakhouse, had some "alone time", had champagne and strawberries in bed, and room service breakfast with a hotel room movie (law abiding citizen). I even ate a bit of sushi, imported goat cheese, rare meat, and a sip of champagne. It was a great mini-vacay with dh. I've spent most of january awayh from him so it was great to reunite. Best birthday yet!
