Bunnybean- Palin's simpleness?

I didn't think you would go back to read the previous post but I'm really curious...what do you mean by Palin's simpleness?  And why is it a problem?  I would think for most people that would be a positive.  Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you are referring to as simple.

    Maybe it's not the right word; more of the "What does the VP even do?" type questions. ?Not savvy. ?Not "in the know."

    I also throw out my opinion, since I think "simple minded" is a better term.  I just don't think she's thought about the world outside Alaska.  She hasn't traveled, hasn't been through a rigorous academic degree program, doesn't have a higher education, etc.  Not that these in and of themselves, are bad, but I think it builds a case there is no "intellectual curiosity" within her.  She has not thought about nuclear armament, genocide, the global financial market, free trade treaties, globalization.   That's OK for most people, but I really think the VP and somebody who could be the POTUS need to have had serious engagement in the big political ideas and how they shape our country.

    I'm sorry but this made me laugh.
