Another Offer in...
We put in an offer on Mesa Alta (Mirasol twin). It needs a lot of elbow grease, but all cosmetic. It has new bamboo floors, but they didn't finish the baseboard. Needs new carpet, new fireplace surround tile, backyard landscaping, new paint, new light fixtures, fridge, washer-dryer, outside power wash, strip and stain/treat the balcony (or repaint).
I wish the back yard was a bit bigger, but I think once we landscape it, it will look awesome. It's not as private, but it is on a cul-de-sac. We could smell the dairies nearby this time. No one that lives there notices it, and we hadn't smelled it until today.
Hopefully we'll find out soon.
