Re: Camcorder Recs?

  • We have a Sony camcorder that we use for vacations, birthdays, etc.  But, we just got a Flip HD camera for Christmas and have used it so much more than our regular camcorder!  It's a great camera.  It's small, fits, in your purse, can record up to 2 hours at a time, and has a USB that pops out for you to upload directly to your computer to share.  We got ours from Sam's Club.
  • I really like our Sony Handycam- it's about 3 years old, but it's a good compact size and works well- easy to operate, small enough to have around with you, with a good recording/battery life.
