Our furnace isn't working correctly (sometimes won't come on or comes on repeatedly) and need to get it looked at. Apparently I'm supposed to get this thing serviced every year, anyway - who knew?! LOL They should really tell you the things you need to do every year when you buy a place. ha
Any good recs in the Albany area? TIA!

Re: Heating Rec?
No recommendation from me, but I thought that same thing when I was setting up a fuel plan-the things no one ever told me!
When I set up the plan (which is a budget) I set it up so that it cost us a little more each month, but includes a yearly servicing. You might want to check with your company and make sure you don't have something like that included already or they don't offer a deal. IDK if this will work for you, but it might save you a little money.
