I thought there were a lot of great performances - Beyonce busting out with my favorite 90s angsty anthem; Pink and her acrobatics while singing LIVE; the amazing MJ tribute; and DMB's "You and Me."
I saw a pic of Britney from last night on F&B - WTF was that hot mess outfit??!

I watched and would really like to know if there is anyone besides me who did not get a lifetime achievment award. I'm all for recognizing people for the work they've done but one winner before every major award is a bit much.
I loved the Beyonce cover but didn't get crawling on the stage during the performance. She is a much better dancer than that.

No way I would've guessed it from your description, but I do find it awfully odd that this song popped into my head last night and I felt compelled to sing it--loudly. DH thought I was absolutely nuts.
ETA: Perhaps Beyonce and I are somehow psychically connected, after I fixed her dress at the Neighborhood Ball.
I didn't watch, but I was totally stoked to find out Zac Brown Band won Best New Artist. I looooooooove them. In fact, I'm going to their concert on March 2!
I watched most of the show.
Everyone was writing on J's FB that they didn't understand how he could be on the Grammy show and at work. Slap a toboggan on my husband, and he and Zac Brown could be twins. Therefore, I have to love them!
