As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Sad, angry mixed of emotions
I just got the word we lost the client to my former employer. I am so sad right now for my employees. I have to let at least 4 of them go. My good people will be gone. I feel like throwing up!
I have single mothers, widows, etc....how do I tell them they dont have a job anymore? OMG this is the worst thing in the world!
If you could spare some dust today for my people I would appreciate it.

ugh. how horrible.
i must have missed the background, but i feel for you. it's never easy, especially when they're great employees and it's due to something completely beyond their control.
