It was great! I went to NOLA with Millie to meet my folks and they, along with my parents' dog, fell in love with her! They even want to watch her while we're in Houston for a few days!!
I also got Randazzo's kingcake..nom! Oh and also, I really miss NOLA life. NOLA is a great place, and I was sniffling when I drove near the place I used to work. I was actually liking the "who dat?" spirit...not a fan, but I was feeling the energy!
I also went to a baby shower (not Shoe's lol) and got serious baby fever. My cousin has an adorable 9 month old boy, whose cheeks were just begging to be pinched!
I needed to remind myself that we are in NO way ready to have kids, so I restrained myself when I got home. 
I also learned a LOT about my sewing machine yesterday. I'm so excited to try to sew some stuff this week!

I went to the Doggie parade!! Those pics will also be posted on FB tonight!!
It was alot of fun!! My brother brought his 10 month old lab puppy and he surprised us he did a great job!! He is usually supper excited and wants to play with everyone but he did good!!
They had a lot of rescues there this year!! Much more than previous years which i really really liked seeing!!
