Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

kind of annoyed.
so i've been talking to TWO different wedding vendors who said they were looking for a meeting/studio space and really were interested, yadda yadda yadda and even went to look at once space a few weeks ago that didn't work out. So I find a place today, great location, great price, all is well....except one is no longer returning my emails and the other is trying to figure out how to have 9 other vendors in there with us (which is something I'd love to have a little co-op going...but didn't plan on that for awhile, was looking to evolve to that)...and so I'm finally 100% ready to commit and they're all backing down or not returning emails and the like!! WTF!!! It just makes me angry that I go through all of this, talk to everyone, tell them I'm going to view it, tell them that I'm in this and they all back out. Unfortunately I can't do it on my own because of the cost, I could split it happily and easily but 100% on my own not happening.... I'm just sad because I finally find the spot and everyone's backing out,....ARG.

OH and she just came out and said she was just looking for a mailing address not an actual space!! GET A PO BOX THEN!!
UGH. I'm annoyed because she portrayed herself as something different than she was.
lol That's special. I'm sorry this is happening. It really sucks to have people back out, but like Elisa basically said it sucks more to be involved with flaky people.
Very true!! I'm glad I found out now but what's even MORE annoying is that the person who wants to pay the very least amount is trying to control everything!! HAHA, yeah right, like I'm going to let that happen!
We can't move for around 3 years due to me working from home, we'd get screwed on an approval amount for the mortgage
And I'm still waiting to hear from the one girl, I really trust her, but probably only that one and really that's what I really want, just to work with her and that's it.
And the space is closer to the suburbs and I'm further out.
yeah! Really we need to start it with a 2-3 of us then add more people in as time goes by and now everyone is starting to understand that. I was the only one willing to risk it, and now everyone else is backing down! Damn them!!
