DH and I had a heart to heart. I was very extreme and hormonal, threatened to move out (called my mom to move back to NOLA and just deal with commute) and was even (at one point) contemplating D. I was extreme, but heck, it was TOM and I just wasn't dealing with us giving up on this pup!
Anyway, we talked after things calmed down and we reached a compromise. She has to be trained and no more biting, so we are signing her up for PetSmart classes once her spay incision is healed. ![]()
Since then, DH has really come to a full 180...he actually is freely doing some of the duties, wants to play with her and just seems like she is part of the family now! We haven't had an accident in over a week...she's really doing well on housetraining! ![]()
So Millie has a forever home. ![]()
Re: I'm unsure if I told y'all (puppy)
She already has! We love her so much! Trust me, a lot of tears were shed. I was bawling to my mom on the phone in my car about this and prayed a TON. I'm just so glad it's all resolved.
