Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

verizon cell users come in
Anyone notice your bill being a few dollars more this month?
Just curious cause I did, $3.00. Not thats huge or anything lol. But I wanted to see why and I noticed that theres a 411-directory assistance charge for each of our phones. $1.50 each. I know I didn't make any calls but decided to check my 'send' button/calls anyway. And sure enough, January 4th at 11:30pm there was a 411 call. I was like 'ok, maybe I rolled over on my phone' cause thats happened before. But I told TJ to check his phone. And he has one showing up for that same night at 12 something AM. So now I'm curious wtf is going on. Neither one of us remember doing this. There is a note in the new bill saying the 411 charges are going up to 1.99 starting this month.. so I was curious if they were messing with stuff and did this by accident.

My DH loves that 411 feature unfortunately-- but I will have to look at it. Our bill isn't abnormal or anything this month though.
I have verizon and my bill this time was only 17 cents more. So they're weren't any random charges like that.
I wonder how those calls got on your phone? Weird.
