  • B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, unsweetened soymilk

    S- plain ff greek yogurt w/pomegranate seeds

    L- 1/2 TJ's veggie & hummus wrap, baby carrots

    S- cashews and something else because I'm hungry now lol

    D- not sure, maybe shrimp and veggies

    Activity- none today, working overtime again!  Joy Confused

    Yesterday- did just ok with eating, DH got Pho for dinner and I caved and had a shrimp summer roll.  It was tasty though, even if it's not good for my diet plan.

  • B: Cereal

    L: Tuna sammich with baked beans on the side

    D: Rice

     

    Workout: None. I have a massive headache and stomach ache.

     

    Yesterday: Stuck to my eating plan but didn't workout...damn rain.

  • B:-my standard skinny bun, eggbeaters, Canadian Bacon, coffee...

    L: skinny bun, boca burger, veggies, Jello, crystal light

    S: granola bar, fruit

    D: Couscous, some venison stuff or chicken stuff, veggies

    A: C25K- week 5, day 1

    Y: strength training yesterday (no dog walk-bad doggie momma)... I'm becoming one with lunges.

  • (Stayed home sick today) 

    Breakfast- Chloraseptic throat lozenges and 2 tylenol.

    Lunch- Half a grilled cheese and some tea

    Dinner- Hopefully DH will bring home some Won Ton soup for me.

    Exercise: Tossing and turning in my bed all day, because I feel like crap.

  • B: Kashi Heart to Heart cereal with milk, green tea

    L: mixed green salad with tomato, bell pepper, fat-free feta, and fat-free vinaigrette, 1/2 c bell pepper strips with 2 Tbps hummus, 1 Tbsp peanut butter with Kashi crackers (this was my snack, and I decided to eat it at lunch instead)

    D: Chinese 5 spice grilled flank steak, sauteed mushrooms with garlic, salad.

    A: just doing laundry tonight, but we have to haul it up and down the stairs, so I suppose that counts a little.

    Yesterday I stuck 100% with my eating plan, and also did my work out! I'm glad that I started the week off on a good foot, but DANG my chest muscles hurt. N added extra weight to see if I could do it, but didn't tell me before hand. Sneaky man!

    B - smart ones quesadilla, Orange-Mango Honest Ade

    s -1 ghiradelli square

    L - stouffers italian stromboli (highly recommend!), sprite zero

    s - triscuits

    D - some kind of snackeroo, maybe popcorn, but I'm craving a pb&J

    no activity today.  hopefully I'll be less sick manana.

    S: Fritos

    L: Lean pocket and cup of wild rice soup

    D: I dunno....tonight is Lost, so maybe pizza.

    Still no acticity yet, I only ate Ice cream like TWICE last week which is HUGE, because I eat it ice cream every single night

  • I had to drive out to the boonies today for work, so my eating plan got a little screwed up.

    Breakfast:   Kashi GoLean hot cereal w/skim milk, coffee

    Snack:  Fiber One bar (chocolate)

    Lunch:  McDonald's Embarrassed

    Dinner:  Salmon with Corn and Tomato Salsa , Uncle Ben's brown rice (one of those pouches that you microwave for 90 seconds) green beans

    Dessert:  1/2 cup Edy's Slow Churned Strawberry Cheesecake - this is one of my favorite flavors and it's only out for a few months each year

    Activity:  TBD.  

    Yesterday:  Ate really well!
